Saturday morning listening to six music( left on from the night before) Mary Ann Hobbs and the sunriser track sucked me back into the scifi world of Eno and the track - Jon Hopkins "Collider" dial it in and lye back lateeeeeeeeeeeers

The way of things

Busy weekend doing lots of stuff, including going out to look at even more vdubs. But the really result was ordering parts for the shovel project, this as we know takes more time than doing job. Even more remarkable was that I got them from the states at half the UK price, and that includes postage. Result!

Sunny afternoon an excuse to go over and see uncle John with the last of the NFR(not for race) BMW bits. What's the deal says Ammo, no deal John just yours for free, no time for tea just a quick chat, very soon I realise ammo is completely out the loop, doesn't know about the camper, doesn't know the sporty has been kicked out for triumph and on and on, blog world has become the de facto communication standard, ok for smart phone users but spare a thought for those that a free of the handcuffs of the internet, go and see them and have a brew.
